Hi, my name is Margie Engle, LMHC. You deserve to experience greater happiness in life and with your relationships. Are you tired of feeling stressed, anxious or depressed? Seeking support is the first step and I can help. I have 30 years experience working with individuals, children/adolescents and families. Specializing in grief, depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, eating disorders and behavioral issues. I am a certified special educator, certified school counselor and a licensed mental health counselor. My masters degree is in school and mental health counseling.

Issues such as grief, anxiety, depression, parenting struggles, and feelings of hopelessness can be overwhelming. My focus is identifying the antecedents to the behavior(s) that need to be shaped. I then develop a successful treatment plan that specifically meets the needs of the child, adolescent, adult or family.

Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy clients learn to reshape how they think, feel and act. The treatment uses cognitive and behavioral strategies to help clients and family members develop more healthy ways of thinking and reacting to uncomfortable feelings. Regardless of what you are facing right now, there is hope. You do not have to face this alone!
